A. DEFINITIONS

1. MM Media/We means Mamu Group of Media which operates in various media business fields, such as Television, Radio, Printing, Digital and other media area businesses.
2. Affiliates means subsidiaries of and/or parties under the control of Mamu Group of Media and/or Mamu Cyber Media.
3. Services/services means any service and/or product and/or activity or other service in any form that We provide/organize, whether We provide/organize through the Portal or without going through the Portal (such as events and so on).
4. Portal means any software application and/or any website and/or any other form of digital platform, whether existing or future, that We and/or Our Affiliates develop and operate so that Our Services can be accessed by You.
5. Customers/Users/You/Yourself are any party that use and/or access and/or participate in Our Services either through the Portal or not through the Portal, and both those who are registered on the Portal and those who are not registered on the Portal.
6. Personal Data / data means data or information about yourself that We obtain through your use/interaction with the Portal and/or services, both those that can be personally identified and those that have not been personally identified, including but not limited to name, address, date of birth, place of birth, occupation, place of work, personal identity, other identity documents, telephone number, email address, and other information that can identify you as a user.
7. Terms of Use means standard operating procedures or other provisions in connection with the access/use of each Portal or Service provided by Us and/or its Affiliates, which may be changed and updated from time to time by Us and/or its Affiliates.

B. SCOPE

This Privacy Policy applies to all Personal Data across Our Services and/or Our business partners (vendors, partners, and other stakeholders). Please see the various products and subsidiaries that are Affiliates of Us here: www.batasnesia.com

Any addition of a product/service that will come in the future is a product/service that is recognized by Us, then it immediately follows this Privacy Policy. In terms of such proof, We are not obliged to show Our company documents, but We can show a statement document stating that each product or service is true including Our services.

C. PURPOSE

We collect, process, use and provide your Personal Data including to our Affiliates and/or third parties/partners, for the following purposes:

1. To provide support or other information; We may use your Personal Data to provide support or other information related to the history of use that has been carried out by Customers, including but not limited to Customer complaints, Customer calls, Customer confirmations related to Our services.
2. To provide information about products or the latest information; We may use your Personal Data to provide notifications about new product releases, product developments, retargeting, promotions, personalized offers, subscriptions, event participation, or information that you may need. This information is not only limited to products/services from Our services, whether used or not, but also products/services of Our Affiliates or partners that suit your needs. We may use your Personal Data and transaction records to analyze your behavior and use it to provide information about Our Services and/or products/services.
3. Analyze Customer behavior to provide better and more tailored experiences, services and information; We use your Personal Data from your interactions with Our services to analyze your interests and behavior patterns so that We can provide better and more tailored experiences, services, promotions and information to your needs.
4. To inform you of the benefits, programs and opportunities that We provide to you; We and/or Affiliates may communicate to you about the benefits, programs and opportunities that may be provided in relation to Our Services and/or Our Affiliates.
5. To communicate with third parties/Our partners; We may share your Personal Data with third parties/Our partners related to Our and/or Affiliates' business interests and/or Our other needs including but not limited to the completion of transactions for Our and/or Our Affiliates' Services that are in contact with Customers, related to the needs of third parties/Our partners and/or Our Affiliates, and other needs. We also share your Personal Data with third parties/partners who we think may provide content, products or services that are of interest to you. We ensure that these third parties/partners are selected carefully and are obligated to keep your Personal Data secure.
6. To protect our content and Services; We use Personal Data to prevent potential illegal activities and enforce our Terms of Use. We also use a variety of technological systems to detect unusual activities for abuse, such as spam, plagiarism, piracy and so on.
7. To obtain suggestions and feedback from you from time to time; We may ask Customers to provide suggestions, so that the product/Service is more in line with Customer needs and interests (for example through surveys, usage research, focus groups).

All implementation of the contents in this section C is carried out by us within the scope of territories/regions throughout the world.

D. DATA WE COLLECT

1. We collect some Personal Data that is directly provided by you as follows:
   1. Name
   2. Contact information (telephone, email)
   3. Date of birth
   4. Place of birth
   5. Demographics: gender, occupation
   6. Personal identification information (KTP, SIM, Passport, and other personal identification)
   7. Emergency contact information
   8. Social media profile information
   9. Education and employment information
   10. Information on things you are interested in
   11. Other information from you, uploaded or provided to Us.
2. We also collect some other information when you use Our Portal and/or services, namely:
   1. Information about the device(s) you use
   2. Information about the use of services
   3. Cookies.
   4. Authentication data
   5. Location information
   6. Data that has been recorded through one of the Affiliate services will also be used to improve the Customer experience across all of Our and Affiliate business lines.
3. Cookies referred to in sub-item 2.c above are small text files that are sent to and stored on your computer, smartphone or other device to access the internet, every time you use Our Services through the Portal. Cookies are useful because they allow the Portal to recognize the user's device. Cookies help us personalize the Portal and meet the interests and desires of Users. We use cookies to protect your privacy. Our Portal does not use cookies to collect personal information from your device. We never store passwords or similar sensitive data in cookies. We use 'analytics' cookies to help analyze how users access the Portal. By showing how and when users use the Portal, cookies help us find out which Portal pages are popular and which are not, and how we can improve the Portal for you. We use 'analytics' cookies on the Portal so that we only share this cookie information with third parties/Our partners, namely in aggregate and anonymous (overall) format and no information is personally identifiable.

Please refer to the documentation for your browser to change your preferences regarding these cookies.

   Please note that cookies are used to enable and improve certain functions on the Portal. If you choose to disable certain cookies, it may affect how our Portal works.

E. DATA WE DO NOT COLLECT

We highly value the privacy of your data, therefore, We do not collect any data in the form of photo album content, instant messaging app communications (messenger apps), and contact/phonebook information contained on your device.

F. SECURITY

1. The privacy of your information and Personal Data is our primary concern. We make the best efforts and procedures to protect and guarantee Personal Data and We periodically conduct internal evaluations to improve security so that your Personal Data is safe from unauthorized interference. We ensure that the Personal Data We obtain is in the form of encrypted data both in the transmission process and storage on the server. However, we cannot fully guarantee that Our system cannot be penetrated by viruses, malware, and interference from unauthorized parties.
2. Users are responsible for always maintaining the confidentiality of information data contained in the Portal or in connection with the use of the Service, including but not limited to the confidentiality of the password that Users use to access their accounts on the MM Media Portal. Please do not disclose and share your Personal Data, including your account password with anyone and keep your device secure. We are not responsible if you experience any loss caused by your negligence in maintaining the confidentiality of information data in connection with the use of the Services or your account on the Portal, and you hereby release Us, directors, board of commissioners, employees, agents, and/or Our Affiliates, from any demands, lawsuits, damages, and/or claims that Users file in connection with unauthorized use and/or access to your account.

G. ADVERTISING

1. Advertisements that appear on the Portal may be sent to you by our partners, who may implement cookies. These cookies allow the servers on each ad to recognize the User's device each time they send an online advertisement to collect non-personal data about the User or others who use the User's device.
2. When you use Our Portal, there is a possibility that certain advertisements will appear which are products from our partners. Our partners, as third party vendors, use cookies to serve ads on Our Portal.

H. PROVISIONS REGARDING MINORS

Every creation of a Portal account and/or registration for MM Media and/or its Affiliates' Services is prohibited by children under the age of 18 (eighteen) years or under the age specified in the laws and regulations so that in these matters they must be represented by their parents or legal guardians.

Every creation of a Portal account and/or registration for Services that are segmented for minors must still be represented by their parents and/or legal guardians.

Every use of Services that are segmented for minors must still be under the supervision and approval of their parents and/or legal guardians.

If there is a minor who has provided Personal Data without being represented by their parents or legal guardians, then the parents or guardians must contact MM Media (see Section O) to request deletion of Personal Data that falls into the category of "irrelevant data” and stop using the Portal account and/or Services (if the Services and/or Portal in question are not for the segmentation of minors).

We cannot directly distinguish a person's age when creating a Portal account and/or using/registering for Our Services through the Portal. Customers are required to release Us, Affiliates and/or any third party/partner from any claims, lawsuits and/or demands arising from Customers violating the provisions in this section H and Customers are required to be fully responsible for any such claims, lawsuits and/or demands.

I. TECHNICAL INFORMATION AND REGULATIONS

1. User's personal data: We collect Personal Data from Users in various ways, including but not limited to, when Users visit the Portal, use features, access content that we provide on the Portal, when registering as a User, when Users use services and so on. Users may also be asked to provide data, including, email address, home/office address, telephone number and other required information.
2. Non-personal data of Users: We may collect non-personal data of Users when they interact with our Portal and/or services. Any non-personal data includes but is not limited to browser name, computer type, telephone device, or other information related to how Users connect to our Portal, such as operating system, internet service, social media, and other related information.
3. In the event that you choose to link your social media account or account associated with other third party services to our Services and/or Portal, then you may ask the third party to send certain information to Us from that social media account or service account and you allow Us to collect, store, and use what they send to Us in accordance with what is described in this Privacy Policy.
4. Logging Practices: We automatically record the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the User (web based application) and the session of the user (mobile application). We also record certain materials to identify users of the Portal, including:
   • Browser/device type/version
   • Operating system used
   • Date and time of server request
   • Location (latitude and longitude)

   For mobile applications, we use the following materials to identify:

   • Device brand and/or type/version
   • Device IMEI
   • Operating system used
   • Date and time of server request
   • Location (latitude and longitude)
   • Other information provided by the operating system, browser or device

   These identifiers are used across Our Services and Portals to enable us to understand Customer data across products/Services. This creates greater opportunities for Us to provide better service to Customers.

5. External links behavior: Some of Our Services/Portals may be connected/contain links to other sites/applications created and maintained by other parties/our partners. When you enter such a site/application, please be aware that we are not responsible for the data collection or content of those sites/applications or any information that they may collect, even though our name or logo may appear on those sites/applications. We encourage you to be aware when you leave our Portal and to read the privacy policies of the other sites/applications that you visit, as their privacy policies may differ from ours.
6. Do Not Track (DNT): is a self-regulatory initiative designed by the online advertising industry to provide users with choices about the types of advertising they may see and opt out of online behavioral ads served by participating companies. We do not respond to DNT signals in your browser settings.
7. If you are no longer a registered User or using Our services, Personal Data will continue to be stored by Us for at least 5 (five) years from the last date you were a registered User or from the last date you used Our Services/accessed the Portal or for another period as stipulated by applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
8. Response to legal requests: We have the right to share your information to respond to requests for your Personal Data from Government authorities and/or authorized agencies or as required by law.

J. STATEMENT AND CONSENT OF PERSONAL DATA

1. By using Our Portal and/or services, you declare that you have read, understood and agreed to this Personal Data Policy along with all changes that We make from time to time and agree to allow Us to use, apply, process and transfer Your Personal Data as stated in this Personal Data Policy.
2. You also declare that you agree and consent to share all information that has been provided to Us and give Us the authority to delete, use and share Your Personal Data to Our Affiliates and/or other third parties (such as our partners, vendors and others) to support Our Services and/or Portal as well as Our and Our Affiliates' business activities.

K. REVOKING OF CONSENT AND DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA

1. If you are a registered User, you can review, revise, and correct your Personal Data through the User profile settings service on the Portal.
2. MM Media is only responsible for the deletion of your data stored in your MM Media Account.
3. MM Media is not responsible for your data outside of your data stored in your MM Media account.
4. You can revoke your consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Data and/or request the deletion of your Personal Data stored in the following manner:
   1. For website users, please login then access the profile menu.
   2. For application users, make sure you are logged in then access the settings page.
   3. If the user wants to delete their MM Media ID account, but cannot access the account based on MM Media's policy, then the User can request account deletion from MM Media by sending an email to the email address cs@kgmedia.id.
   4. If account deletion cannot be done in the MM Media app, the User can request account deletion from MM Media by sending an email to cs@kgmedia.id.
5. By deleting your MM Media account you will:
   1. Delete your Personal data (PII).
   2. Not have access to make changes to data, comments and other activities that require login access.
   3. Not have the right to claim prizes from quizzes and events that you previously participated in.

L. EMAIL ADDRESS POLICY

1. If you wish to stop receiving newsletters in your email, please follow the unsubscribe steps located at the bottom of each Portal.
2. We may send emails in the form of invitations to participate in user surveys, responses as visitors or users, and services that exist or are being developed.
3. If you communicate with Us via email, We may retain and/or store the contents of your email messages, including the history of conversations between Us and You and the email address and information You provide during the communication.
4. If You wish to send Us an email, it is recommended that You understand that the information contained in the email is not secure or encrypted, so it is possible for it to be seen by other parties. Thus, You are required to be careful when sending something confidential to Our email. In this case, We are not responsible for any emails you send to Us and We are not obligated to provide assistance for any incident that is detrimental to You.

M. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND LANGUAGE

1. MM Media and Users hereby agree to make every effort to reach a settlement through deliberation no later than 30 (thirty) working days since one party receives a written letter from the other party.
2. If the settlement through deliberation fails to reach a consensus within the specified time, then the dispute can be resolved by following the relevant laws and regulations.
3. Language: This Personal Data Policy may be made in languages other than Indonesian. In the event of any discrepancy between the Indonesian version and other languages, the Indonesian version shall apply.

N. CHANGES TO PERSONAL DATA POLICY

MM Media may change this Personal Data Policy from time to time by displaying the amended version on each and/or each Portal. You acknowledge and declare that MM Media and/or its Affiliates have the right to unilaterally change this Personal Data Policy from time to time, therefore you declare that you carefully and periodically pay attention to and read this Personal Data Policy. By continuing to access the Portal and/or continuing to use any MM Media Service, the Customer is deemed to have understood, submitted to and agreed to this Personal Data Policy and any changes thereto.

If a part of the Personal Data Policy cannot be used/applicable, then that part does not affect the validity of the other provisions.
